Hello friend,
This is Chris’ wife, Amanda, writing here! Chris has asked me to write this email and I am really excited to be able to connect with you. From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank you for your support with prayers, finances and any encouragement you’ve extended our way! We are so thankful for you.Just a few hours ago I dropped Chris off at the airport for our next South Asia Gospel campaign happening in just a few days! Will you believe God with us for a mighty harvest of souls in Jesus’ name? Also, be on the lookout as Chris will be sending out nightly crusade updates via email and Facebook documenting each night of the crusade!Recently we sent an email asking for finances for this campaign. If you’ve given to this crusade, thank you so much! We’ve had such an amazing response already to help fund this campaign and we are so incredibly grateful for each gift and giver.
I’m not going on this trip with Chris but instead am staying back to ‘hold down the fort’ as some say:) Will you keep Chris and I and the team in your prayers? Every prayer and word of encouragement means so much to us! Below are a few prayer points:
- Pray for safety and protection for Chris and the team and myself
- Pray for smooth flights and a smooth process through the airports for Chris and the team
- Pray for the Holy Spirit to draw the people to the crusade
- Pray for good weather and for all hindrances and plans of the enemy to be cancelled
- Pray for many souls to receive salvation
- Pray for the Gospel to go forth in clarity and power
- Pray for fruit that will remain and for the discipleship process after the crusade
