Greetings from South Asia!
Today was also the start of our pastors and leaders conference. Over 100 pastors and leaders from various denominations including Baptist, Presbyterian, Pentecostal and many other denominations, have joined together for this conference and God moved in a powerful way. It’s been great pouring into these hungry leaders who have had very little formal education. Many of whom were thrown into leadership positions in their churches because there was a need and no one else could fill it. God is moving here in South Asia and we anticipate their churches to be filled with many new believers to disciple as a result of this crusade. I was told today that one of the churches who participated with our prior crusade in this country has grown enormously from that crusade. We thank God for what He is doing and will continue to do for these pastors and churches in this country.
Tonight, at the crusade, hundreds came forward to receive Christ and many wonderful miracles took place. Yesterday, I felt led to specifically pray for people suffering from insomnia and I prayed that God would heal them and that they would sleep like a baby. Tonight, one lady came forward testifying that she had been healed of insomnia and slept through the night last night for the first time in many years. Another man’s shoulder was healed, a young girls arm was healed and many other miracles took place. But as I always say, the greatest miracle of all is the salvation of the sinful soul. Hundreds and maybe even over a thousand precious people (we will have an official decision card count after the crusade) who were lost when we came here tonight, have now been found by the Savior of the world — Jesus Christ!
Thank you so much for sending us to the unreached nations of the world! We love you and pray God’s blessing over you and your family. Please continue to pray for the final day of the pastors conference tomorrow and for night three of the crusade tomorrow night.
Together in the harvest,
Evangelist Chris and Amanda Mikkelson
